Can I attend on my own?
Yes, I would 100% recommend this and will be there to meet you and make you feel very welcome.
Can I attend if I am a beginner?
Yes absolutely, this retreat is designed with beginners in mind. I have taught for over 35 years and am very used to beginners in all my classes.
I have never done anything like this before, everything you have mentioned resonates with me, but I feel nervous, is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal, but let me reassure you, that you will be looked after and have a fantastic adventure, with other like-minded souls who I promise feel the same. In addition, if you would like to speak to me before you book, just contact me to organise a quick phone call where I can answer any questions.
How much is my investment?

I am traveling alone; can I still share a double occupancy room?
Yes, I recommend attending alone as you will get the most out of my transformational workshops and program and I will connect you with someone to share with.

We have a certain amount available on each retreat, so please ensure to reserve your place early.

Can I book private treatments/sessions during my stay?
Yes, I work with a team of extremely experienced and qualified therapists. I recommend all private treatments/sessions are booked in advance of your stay and within your pre-retreat information, you will receive details on how to contact each therapist directly.
What type of food will be available?
We will provide delicious and nutritious plant-based local produce. Please advise us if you have any allergies.
Will there be an opportunity to explore the local area?
Yes, my retreat programs always include visits to the key local areas, in addition you will have some free time available during your stay.

What do I need to bring?
This will vary with each retreat, depending on location and time of the year, you will be advised in your pre-retreat information. Some examples include:

No, whilst I will encourage and support you, it is entirely your choice as to what you want to join in with and learn. However, please understand to get your biggest breakthroughs, I thoroughly advise to give it your 100%.
