These fun, effective interval training sessions are designed to help you burn fat, build strength, increase fitness and improve your energy, all from the comfort of your own home using very little equipment.

All fitness, coaching presentations and hypnotherapy sessions are pre-recorded, giving you the flexibility to complete them whenever it suits your schedule. You'll also receive a weekly live 1:1 coaching and accountability session with Lisa Marie to keep you supported every step of the way.

If you're a beginner, or you're getting back into exercise after a break, I've created a FREE 2 Week Kickstart Program to help prepare your body and mind before starting the full 8 Week Transform Your Life Program.
Over two weeks you'll gradually build your strength, fitness, confidence and stamina while learning the correct movement patterns and creating healthy habits that will set you up for success.
If you love it, you can simply continue into the full 8 Week Transform Your Life Program and keep your momentum going. If it's not the right time for you, there's absolutely no obligation to continue.
