Here’s a 60-second boost you can try right now:
• Sit up nice and straight in your spine
• Inhale through the nose for a count of 6
• Hold for a moment
• Exhale through the mouth for a count of 4
• Repeat for 10 rounds
• After the final round, inhale deeply, hold, and release slowly
