A Simple And Healthy Drink You Can Make At Home

After receiving many comments, likes and messages on my recent social media post about this easy and healthy drink, I thought I would share it here for those of you who may not have seen it. This is something you can make easily at home.




Pineapples are available in most countries but I am very blessed living in Mexico, getting my extra sweet ones from the pineapple man down the road from his own family farm.


Instead of throwing away the skin, wash it well with a little bicarbonate of soda, then boil it on the stove to release all the goodness. You can enjoy it warm, pop it in the fridge to chill, or even make ice cubes for a refreshing twist.


Try adding strawberries, berries, mint or cinnamon. There are so many options to make it your own.
